These terms govern your use of JoyChat.tv. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Who Can Use JoyChat
JoyChat is strictly for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By creating an account or using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement. We may ask for age verification and may suspend accounts that fail or refuse it.
Your Account
You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. One person, one account — don’t share, sell, or transfer it.
Acceptable Behavior
JoyChat is a warm, playful space for adults — and it stays that way because of a few firm rules. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, or engage in hate speech.
- Share or request sexually explicit content involving minors, or any illegal content — ever. We report such material to the authorities.
- Record, screenshot, or redistribute other users’ video or images without their consent.
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent your age, or run scams, spam, or commercial solicitation.
- Attempt to disrupt the service, scrape user data, or circumvent safety systems.
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.
Conversations and Content
Video calls happen in real time between consenting adults and are not public broadcasts. You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (transmitting, hosting, and displaying it as part of the product). Other users may see what you choose to show on camera or share in chat — treat anything you reveal as potentially public.
Payments, Credits, and Memberships
Browsing is free; some features and longer sessions may require credits or a paid membership. Prices are shown before you pay. Purchases are generally final except where required by law, and unused credits are handled as described at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel through your account settings.

JoyChat.tv is an independent video-chat experience and is not affiliated with the JoyChat mobile app or its developer.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we’re not responsible for the conduct of other users — though we work hard to keep the community safe and provide tools to report and leave any conversation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and Termination
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page. You can stop using JoyChat at any time and delete your account through your settings. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
